Chileans throughout the world join Fondo Alquimia’s campaign

Chilean women dispersed throughout the world have joined our campaign "Our construction isn’t only in times of emergency. Earthquake in Chile: Women Donating to Women." The Fundación Diáspora Solidaria in Europe and donors of Fondo Alquimia in the US are organizing these efforts abroad. The Diaspora Solidaria launched their own campaign "Women Rebuild Life," which joins the campaigns initiated by Alquimia. The main organizer of this campaign is Patricia Vera, and to date they have raised 500 Euros.

In the US, Maria Jose Azócar, a member of the "Women Supporting Women" network of Alquimia has mobilized throughout the month of April in collaboration with the Chilean Student Association of the University of Wisconsin. These networks abroad continue raising funds for the women living in affected zones.
